Appartenant au Groupe international FITT Group, la société FITT MC basé en Principauté de Monaco et exploitante de la marque INTERPLAST, commercialise sur le territoire français depuis plus de 40 ans plusieurs gammes de produits liées à l’adduction et l’évacuation de l’eau pour les marchés du Bâtiment, des Travaux publics, de la Piscine, du Libre-Service Bricolage et de l’Industrie.

Définition du poste

INTERPLAST FITT MC is looking for it’s IT Manager (Fitt France, Fitt MC, Fitt ES)

Purpose of the position (ICT)

Manage, maintain and develop the Hardware & Software part, training and assistance of the users, guaranteeing a dynamic adaptation of the function to the evolution of the business needs and FITT MC, FITT France and FITT ES internal customers, in line with the group policy.

Purpose of the position (ERP)

Relate both with IT colleagues in the HQ and with those in other areas in order to harmonize company processes. Participate in both IT and cross-sectional projects. Participate and actively manage projects entrusted to him, involving other people of the team (or in general of the company or of the group) where necessary.

Organizational relations

Report to CIO – functional relation with local DGs

Meets every week the CIO and HQ IT Team in order to contribute to the definition of IT Group strategy. The aim is to propose, analyse and validate new IT projects and monitor the status of ongoing projects.

Project Steering: responsible for the success of a specific project in FITT MC, FITT France, FITT Spain.

Missions :

  • BUDGET & FORECAST

Develop the budget of HW and software for FITT MC, FITT France, FITT Spain in line with group policy.

Defines management and investment needs. Shares the requests for the development of the information system and the information aimed at the prior assessment of resources, time and costs.

  • SAFETY

Ensure the security of FITT MC, FITT France, FITT ES systems and applications.

Preserves the corporate assets guaranteeing disaster recovery and back up solutions. Ensures the confidentiality and security functions of corporate information systems.

  • DEVELOPMENT AND MAINTENANCE

Maintain relations with the various corporate functions of FITT MC, FITT France, FITT ES, FITT HQ

Proposes HW options in line with the group policy e SW in line with the development of the GROUP digital platform strategy in compliance with the planned economic investments.

Participates as PM or team member in working groups for the development of the digital platform.

Supervises user training.

Collects and rationalizes the needs of internal customers.

Coordinates HW and SW assistance – relates to the team where required for the resolution of tickets related to shared group systems.

Expert in integration and projects implementation with SAP SD, able to share business needs with the technical team and able to coordinate implementation team( SAP SD system should be in line with local business needs and in line with HQ SAP).

  • SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

Maintain relationships with suppliers.

Evaluate the quality of the service offered to corporate functions.

Provides consultation on new technologies where required.

  • TEAM MANAGEMENT

Manage and develop employees

Coordinates the suppliers ensuring the fulfilment of the projects in the time and methods provided, in compliance with IT Committee decisions.

Develops and improves team motivation and professionalism. Entrusts objectives and project evaluating the results. Is responsable for team motivation

 

Knowledges :

Hard skills :

  • University degree in computer engineering or equivalent training
  • Deep knowledge of computer hardware, intranet and extranet, e-mail and internet programs
  • Experienced knowledge of SAP SD (analyse, design, and understand new business change request)
  • Share and collaborate with HQ strong SAP or digital projects required from FITT MC, Fitt France and FITT ES
  • Knowledge of the main operating systems, databases, messaging and monitoring systems and security systems
  • Strong experience developed within complex realities
  • Capability to understand business needs to find technical solutions.
